I'm back after a 10 day mindfulness teacher training retreat in Spain - and a couple of days in Ibiza too.
I learned so much on my course and I'm really looking forward to implementing some key ideas in my yoga classes, as well as starting a local mindfulness group in Tunbridge Wells in the autumn, There will also be a Mindful Yoga workshop and some online mindfulness courses in the next couple of months too.So in this month's newsletter!
