Monday Mindfulness: Awareness
Monday Mindfulness returns for 2018 with a corker of a book!
Mindful Bookclub incorporates meditation, self inquiry, discussion and other exercises based on themes around personal and spiritual development. We explore ideas around waking up, balance, stress relief, purpose, being human, mindfulness, connection, finding your true self and many, many more. We use a book to help guide our discussion and meditations. Previous books have included 'The Power of Now' by Eckhart Tolle, 'The Four Agreements' by Don Miguel Ruiz, and 'Loving What Is' by Byron Katie.
From 8th January 2018, we'll be using 'Awareness' by Anthony de Mello to guide us. You don't need to buy the book although it's helpful, as the discussions will be facilitated around a key idea each week. You don't need to attend every class, although regular practice has its own rewards!
