NEW: Mindful Yoga at Flow

studio1_optEvery Wednesday 0930 -1100, from 11th January 2017 @ Flow Tunbridge WellsAt the heart of yoga, is the practice of mindfulness. Sometimes we can lose sight of this practice, so in these classes our intention is to improve our awareness and develop inner calm abiding. We're also super lucky to be able to practice in the gorgeous Flow Tunbridge Wells studio, a purpose built space for yoga and meditation!This class is an open level level hatha yoga suitable for all including beginners. We'll be exploring different concepts in yoga and mindfulness, and will close each session with a guided mindfulness meditation to really set you up for the rest of the day.
