Slow Down for Gratitude

Slow down for gratitude.Unhappy? Dis satisfied with life?When you stop to appreciate the things you DO have, you may start to feel more positive. I started doing this after my yoga teacher training, where we were encouraged to say thank you before every meal, before we picked up our forks. Not just gratitude for the food and the people who made it, but also for anything that had happened so far that day.

This morning at breakfast I was thankful for the sweet sound of rain outside, my early morning yoga and meditation practice, my lovely home, a good night's sleep - AND my delicious breakfast!This wonderful video is all about slowing down and practising gratitude. It is something we all get intellectually, but how often do we ever FEEL it?
