Slow Down for Gratitude
Slow down for gratitude.Unhappy? Dis satisfied with life?When you stop to appreciate the things you DO have, you may start to feel more positive. I started doing this after my yoga teacher training, where we were encouraged to say thank you before every meal, before we picked up our forks. Not just gratitude for the food and the people who made it, but also for anything that had happened so far that day.
