Spring into Spring! Inversions for Beginners - 24th April
Want to learn how to go upside down safely and within your own comfort zone - and have fun?In this workshop we will prepare for and explore several inversion poses - and go upside down!The session will include a sequence to warm up and strengthen the body, and also to see which level you're working at. We'll also look at some pranayama techniques for helping with inversions. The poses we'll explore include headstand, wheel and shoulder stand.Some prior yoga experience is advised.
